Itineraries & Costs

Caudo Vineyard, Banrock, Overland Corner & Lunch at the Lock Cruises require a minimum of 8 passengers for the cruise to proceed.

Short cruises require a minimum of 6 passengers for the cruise to proceed or at Rivergum Cruises discretion.

These may be subject to alteration, sometimes without notice, due to unforeseen circumstances.

Cancellation Policy

Rivergum Boat Cruises Pty Ltd reserve the right to cancel or alter cruises at any time.

If your cruise is cancelled by us for any reason ie. weather, we will be happy to re-book you or refund the full payment.

Rivergum Cruises endeavours to maintain a strict schedule. If you are more than 15 minutes late on the day of your cruise or miss the boat, you will lose your total payment.

If you do not show up on the day of your cruise, you will lose the total payment also.

A deposit of 20% of the cruise cost is required at the time of booking. This can be paid by credit card, pay pal, cheque or direct debit. A 2% surcharge applies to credit card payments.

Balance is to be paid within 2 weeks of departure.

Any booking which is cancelled more than 2 weeks prior to the cruise date shall have all monies refunded in full.

Cancellations made less than 2 weeks prior to the booked date shall forfeit the 20% deposit.

Cancellations made less than 1 week prior to the booked date shall forfeit the full payment.

Liability

Rivergum Boat Cruises Pty Ltd maintains public liability insurance but indemnifies itself against any damage, loss or injury arising out of any action or lack of action by any external party.

Right of Refusal

Rivergum Cruises reserve the right to refuse boarding to any persons who are intoxicated or behaving inappropriately.

No Smoking Policy

Strictly no smoking on board.
